The company was founded in 1999 with a focus on IT services and software development in the CAQ sector. Since 2004, we have been successfully represented on the market as a stock company with the SCIIL standard software (current Release 3.0).

The company is headquartered in Neuwied. Beside our headquarters in Neuwied, our subsidiary is located in Kaunas/Lithuania. There are also offices in China, USA, Russia as well as many other local “representatives” in various countries. SCIIL AG is an unlisted German limited company. Majority of the shares are owned by the company’s board. In addition, other shares (approximately 16%) are distributed within the company.

More than 70 employees and a variety of collaborations with permanent partners and freelancers worldwide allow for global strategy, roll-outs and support. Installations by SCIIL can be found all over the world.
