SCOTT rack & trace software for the semiconductor industry was designed jointly by Leadec and SCIIL to map the internal transport routes in sensitive production areas completely digitally. The application is web-based, intuitive to use and flexibly customizable.
A central dashboard shows at all times where packages are located, when they were delivered and whether there are any deviations from the defined transport route. Delivery notifications are sent automatically – by e-mail or directly in the system if desired. Particularly important: even in the event of a power failure, data recording continues to function seamlessly thanks to offline mode. As soon as the connection is re-established, all data is transmitted securely.

SCOTT Track & Trace provides plant managers and logistics managers with a powerful tool for controlling material flows. The solution not only ensures greater transparency, but also reduces search times, prevents losses and improves coordination between departments.

The solution has already been successfully introduced in the semiconductor sector at Leadec.
