Processing and tracking of findings
The web module for findings management supports structured root cause analysis and systematic action management. Causes, actions, responsibilities and deadlines can be defined for each finding.
As soon as an action is created, the system automatically notifies the responsible person. The implementation status therefore remains transparent and traceable at all times.
Audit dashboards and reports
Online dashboards provide real-time visibility into the status of planned and completed audits, the progress of corrective actions and recurring issues displayed through charts and KPIs.
In addition, the web reporting module provides up-to-date action lists and management reports. All dashboards are updated almost in real time and enable a quick assessment of the current audit and process performance.
