01. Is the SCIIL eLPA solution also available as SaaS – or only on-premises?
Yes, SCIIL eLPA is available both as a classic on-premises solution and as a SaaS model. Customers decide for themselves whether they want to operate the solution on their own infrastructure or use it via the SCIIL Cloud
02. Can audit and issue management modules be combined?
Absolutely. Our issue management can be used across all modules and can be linked directly with the findings from eLPA, 5S, Gemba Walks and other SCIIL audits – including action tracking, escalations and reporting.
03. Can SCIIL be integrated into existing ERP systems (e.g. SAP)?
Yes, SCIIL has standardized interfaces to common ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or proALPHA. Individual integrations can also be realized by our experienced project team.
04. Does SCIIL support the connection to production lines and machine control systems?
Yes, the SCIIL MES supports integration with existing automation and control systems – e.g. via OPC UA, MQTT or directly via Siemens S7, Rockwell or older systems such as Siemens S5.
05. Can we link our existing line automation (PLC) with SCIIL?
Yes, our solutions have been integrated into production lines in a practical way – with connection to PLCs, IO-Link or industrial PCs. Our engineering team will support you with the implementation.
06. How flexible is SCIIL in mapping individual processes?
SCIIL was developed to adapt to the process – not the other way around. All modules are highly configurable and can be customized as required.
07. Can external partners or suppliers be integrated into the SCIIL system?
Yes, SCIIL offers controlled access for external users – e.g. to BI.
08. How quickly is it possible to start a project with SCIIL?
Thanks to preconfigured modules and experienced project teams, a productive start is usually possible within a few weeks – depending on the scope and desired integrations.
