SPA.CE R2 strengthens planning, transparency and audit performance

With the upcoming R2 release, we are further developing our process audit software eLPA and FlexAudit. The SPA.CE portfolio receives new functions for audit planning, KPI transparency and user-friendliness. This enables us to support manufacturing companies even more consistently in the digital implementation of process audits and layered process audits.

More transparency through clear KPI structures

Release R2 makes audit results even more meaningful. New diagrams show recurring findings by week or month. It also shows how many measures have been successfully completed and how performance has developed over several weeks.

This allows managers to recognize trends earlier and take targeted countermeasures. At the same time, improvements can be objectively evaluated and sustainably secured. Advanced dashboards combine audit and issue data in a clear, practical overview.

Intelligent audit planning for sustainable process audits

A central highlight of SCIIL AG’s process audit software is the planning of layered process audits. In future, audits can be planned not only for one year, but also for several years – for example in the sense of a VDA-compliant structure.

In addition, the system automatically distributes stations that have not yet been checked until all areas have been taken into account. At the same time, individual days or persons can be specifically blocked, for example for vacations or public holidays. A mobile schedule view also ensures transparency directly on the store floor.

This makes the organization of process audits more predictable, more stable and significantly more efficient.

Structured problem solving in the 4D/8D process

Issue management also benefits from Release R2. We are improving the D-Level logic (D3-D7) and adding validation and comment fields. In addition, the system links 5-Why analyses and Ishikawa diagrams even more consistently with the defined causes.

The result is a structured and comprehensible problem solution – from the first deviation to sustainable corrective measures.

Improved usability for large user groups

In addition to functional enhancements to our process audit software, we are significantly optimizing the user interface. In future, the system will prevent multiple issue creations and thus reduce unnecessary notifications. At the same time, we are improving navigation, confirmation logic and document and image management.

In addition, the scheduler updates itself automatically when the plan is changed. Advanced filter functions facilitate the analysis of findings in day-to-day business. Especially in large organizations, these improvements noticeably reduce training costs and support requests.

Future-proof architecture

As part of Release R2, we are expanding the existing identity architecture. We analyse alternatives to IdentityServer4 and create the basis for modern authorization code flows and external login providers. At the same time, rights management will be further specified, especially for external user roles.
